Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 8, 2014, First Cash Financial Services, Inc. completed its previously announced offer to exchange $200 million of its 6.75% Senior Notes due 2021 that have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, for $200 million of its outstanding unregistered 6.75% Senior Notes due 2021.
