On September 8, 2015,  CryoLife, Inc. (the “Company”) disclosed that Bruce G. Anderson, CryoLife’s Vice President, U.S. Sales and Global Marketing, and David P. Lang, Senior Vice President, International Sales and Marketing are retiring from the Company effective September 8, 2015.
