Item 8.01 - Other Events
On December 19, 2006, Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. ("OSG") issued a press release announcing that OSG had reached a comprehensive settlement with the United States Department of Justice regarding violations with respect to the handling of waste oils and maintenance of books and records relating thereto. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
