On November 28, 2006, Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. ("OSG") and Maritrans Inc. ("Maritrans") issued a press release announcing that OSG successfully completed its acquisition of Maritrans. Such press release is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference.
