On February 21, 2019 Old Point Financial Corporation (the Company) issued the press release furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 announcing the Company's declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share of common capital stock to be paid on March 29, 2019 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 5, 2019.
