Frontier Communications Corporation held its 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 9, 2018.  The number of shares of common stock present at the Annual Meeting was 66,844,418, or 83.3% of the shares of common stock outstanding on March 12, 2018, the record date for the Annual Meeting.
