On October 25, 2007, the Company announced that its Board of
Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per
share, payable on December 31, 2007 to holders of record at the
close of business on December 9, 2007. A copy of the Company's
press release issued on October 25, 2007 announcing the
declaration of the dividend is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and
incorporated herein by reference.
