Item 5.02. DEPARTURE OF dIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS.

 

United States Lime & Minerals, Inc. (the “Company”) disclosed that David P. Leymeister, the Company’s Vice President – Sales & Marketing, in anticipation of his future retirement and relocation to the Houston area, is transferring to Houston, Texas to become a senior sales respresentative for the Company.  In this role, Mr. Leymeisater will continue to support the Company’s sales and marketing efforts, including local sales and with regards to certain of the Company products and customers ouside that area.  As a result effective March 1, 2018 Mr. Leymester will no longer be the Company’s Vice President – Sales & Marketing.
