Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 31, 2017, Frontier announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend on Frontier’s 11.125% Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, Series A, of $2.78125 per share, payable in cash on December 29, 2017 to holders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2017. The Board of Directors also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.60 per share of common stock, payable on December 29, 2017 to holders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2017.

A copy of Frontier’s press release announcing the declaration of the dividends is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.
