OM GROUP ISSUES STATEMENT FOLLOWING RECEIPT OF LETTER FROM SHAREHOLDER

CLEVELAND – January 9, 2015 - OM Group, Inc. (NYSE: OMG) today confirmed that it received a letter from FrontFour Capital Group, and issued the following statement:
