The monthly fee is recognized on accrual basis; therefore, there is no impact on the revenue recognition. Net profit is expected to decrease for about NT$26mn resulting from the decrease of the interest income. There will be no material impact on EPS calculated based on the number of shares after the capital reduction in Jan. 2011.
