Ref: Granting of stock options under Employee Stock Option Scheme ( ESOS XVI)

We wish to inform you that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Bank granted 65,93,500 stock options to the employees of the Bank @ (INR) Rs. 2200.80 each. (Indian Rupees Two Thousand Two Hundred and Paise Eighty Only). Of the above an aggregate of 2,10,000 options which are granted to Managing Director and other whole time Directors are subject to the approval of Reserve Bank of India.

The options were granted under the Scheme titled “ESOS XVI” in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999.
