On December 18, 2009, SVB Financial Group (the “Company”) announced that it has received approval from the U.S. Treasury to fully repay $235 million in TARP Capital Purchase Program funds, plus accrued dividends, to the U.S. Treasury. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
