On May 13, 2008, St. Bernard Software, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“St. Bernard”), issued a press release announcing its unaudited financial results for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2008. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
