On June 29, 2007, Indevus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release announcing that John H. Tucker has resigned from his position as Executive Vice President, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of the Company. The resignation was effective as of June 29, 2007.
In the press release, the Company also announced the appointment of Kurt W. Lewis as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.

On June 25, 2007, the Company issued a press release announcing the launch and availability of SUPPRELIN® LA (histrelin acetate) subcutaneous implant, 50mg, for the treatment of children with Central Precocious Puberty (CPP).
