On March 22, 2007, the Company issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended January 28, 2007. On March 22, 2007, the Company issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial guidance for fiscal year 2007. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2.
Also on March 22, 2007, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors has authorized an increase in the quarterly cash dividend and the repurchase of up to 5 million additional shares of the Company’s common stock. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.3.
