On July 3, 2006, DaVita Inc. (the Company) filed a current report on Form 8-K reporting that Roger J. Valine had been elected as a member of the Companys Board of Directors. On October 12, 2006, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Mr. Valine as a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee, the Audit Committee and the Compliance Committee of the Board of Directors.
