On February 1, 2006, Apogee Enterprises, Inc. issued a press release reaffirming its guidance of earnings per share of $0.81 to $0.87 for fiscal 2006. This reaffirms guidance communicated in its December 14, 2005 press release. Apogee also indicated earnings per share of $0.88 to $0.94 for fiscal 2007. A copy of this press release is furnished (not filed) as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, and is incorporated herein by reference.
