On June 3, 2003, the registrant issued a press release announcing that Anthony M. Sanfilippo, Executive Vice President and Head of Broker-Dealer Client Group, would resign from his executive management position at the conclusion of a transitional period. Mr. Sanfilippo will remain a member of the registrant’s Board of Directors.
