On December 29, 2005, ONEOK, Inc. will redeem the entire $300 million outstanding principal amount of its 7.75% senior notes due August 15, 2006. These senior notes will be redeemed in accordance with the terms under which they were issued. Pursuant to those terms, the redemption price for the senior notes will be equal to the greater of: (i) 100% of the principal amount of such senior notes, or (ii) the discounted present value of the remaining scheduled payments of principal and interest, plus accrued interest to December 29, 2005. JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is the indenture trustee and will also serve as the agent for the purpose of the redemption. |
