First Cash Financial Services, Inc. has issued a press release announcing that it has re-affirmed its previous guidance for Fiscal 2008 earnings to be in a range of $1.24 to $1.26 per share. The Company's press release dated January 21, 2009 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference in its entirety into this Item 8.01.
