Item 2.02.     Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

         On July 31, 2008, Sourcefire, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months and six months ended June 30, 2008. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
