Other Events

On December 18, 2008, Neuralstem, Inc. (“Company”) issued a press release announcing it had filed its first Investigational New Drug (“IND”) application with the United States Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) to begin clinical trials to treat Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (“ALS”).  A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
