On April 25, 2014, Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc. issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit No. 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein, announcing that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share of its outstanding Class A Common Stock.  The dividend is payable on May 30, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 16, 2014.
