Cyanotech Corporation Meeting Notice

 

Cyanotech’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at the Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa, 78-128 Ehukai Street, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, USA 96740 at 3:00 P.M. prevailing local time.

 

Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.

 

The Board of Directors recommends that you vote FOR the following proposals:

 

1.               Election of Directors:  Gerald R. Cysewski, Michael A. Davis, Andrew H. Jacobson, Gregg W. Robertson, David I. Rosenthal, and John T. Waldron.

 

2.               Ratify the selection of Grant Thornton LLP as the Company’s Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2010.

 

3.               Such other business as may properly come before this meeting.
