Vectren Corporation (the Company) is amending the 8-K filed on March 4, 2010 that announced the addition of James H. DeGraffenreidt, Jr. to its Board of Directors. At that time, Mr. DeGraffenreidt had not yet been assigned to any Board Committees. On May 19, 2010, Mr. DeGraffenreidt was appointed to the Board’s Audit and Risk Management and Corporate Affairs Committees.
