Deutsche Bank Cross-Lists Six PowerShares DB Exchange-Traded Notes on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX)

Deutsche Bank, working with Invesco PowerShares Capital Management LLC and Invesco Trimark Ltd., today announced that they have cross-listed six Exchange Traded Notes (ETNs) linked to the performance of gold, crude oil and agriculture commodities. These ETNs currently trade in the United States on the NYSE Arca and are now also available on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) trading in Canadian dollars.

The PowerShares DB ETNs are exchange-traded products that provide investors with a cost-effective and convenient way to take a leveraged long or leveraged short view of the performance of some of the world’s most prominent commodities. Invesco Trimark Ltd. will market in Canada each of the six PowerShares DB ETNs listed on the TSX.

The PowerShares DB Gold ETNs, PowerShares DB Agriculture ETNs and the PowerShares DB Crude Oil ETNs are senior unsecured obligations of Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch. Each security being offered has separate terms and offers investors a different type of monthly exposure to a total return version of one of the sub-indices of the Deutsche Bank Liquid Commodity Index™. PowerShares DB Gold ETNs

Deutsche Bank cross-listed two ETNs linked to the Deutsche Bank Liquid Commodity Index - Optimum Yield Gold™. This index is designed to reflect the performance of gold futures contracts. The ETNs are traded on the TSX, listed as follows:

PowerShares DB Gold Double Long (TSX: DGU)

PowerShares DB Gold Double Short (TSX: DGJ)

The PowerShares DB Gold Double Long ETNs offer investors exposure to two times the monthly performance of the Deutsche Bank Liquid Commodity Index - Optimum Yield GoldTM plus a monthly T-Bill index return; the PowerShares DB Gold Double Short ETNs offer investors exposure to two times the monthly inverse performance of the Deutsche Bank Liquid Commodity Index - Optimum Yield GoldTM plus a monthly T-Bill index return.

PowerShares DB Agriculture ETNs

Deutsche Bank cross-listed two ETNs linked to the Deutsche Bank Liquid Commodity Index - Optimum Yield Agriculture™. This index is intended to reflect the price changes in a basket of corn, soybeans, sugar and wheat futures. The ETNs are traded on the TSX, listed as follows:

PowerShares DB Agriculture Double Short (TSX: DAD)

The PowerShares DB Agriculture Double Long ETNs offer investors exposure to two times the monthly performance of the of the Deutsche Bank Liquid Commodity Index - Optimum Yield AgricultureTM plus a monthly T-Bill index return; the PowerShares DB Agriculture Double Short ETNs offer investors exposure to two times the monthly inverse performance of the of the Deutsche Bank Liquid Commodity Index - Optimum Yield AgricultureTM plus a monthly T-Bill index return.

PowerShares DB Crude Oil ETNs

Deutsche Bank cross-listed two ETNs linked to a crude oil index. The ETNs are traded on the TSX, listed as follows:

The PowerShares DB Crude Oil Double Long ETNs offer investors exposure to two times the monthly performance of Deutsche Bank Liquid Commodity Index - Optimum Yield OilTM, plus the monthly T-Bill index return; the PowerShares DB Crude Oil Double Short ETNs offer investors exposure to two times the monthly inverse performance of the Deutsche Bank Liquid Commodity Index – OilTM, plus the monthly T-Bill index return.
