T.M. Stevens, the powerhouse bassist and electrifying vocalist, passed away on March 10, 2024, at the age of 72. Leaving behind an indelible legacy in the music world. Known for his energetic performances; and groundbreaking fusion of funk, rock, and heavy metal, Stevens' influence stretched across genres. Over the course of his remarkable career, he toured with and recorded for some of the biggest names in the industry, including Tina Turner, Billy Joel, Joe Cocker, Steve Vai, Cyndi Lauper, 2Pac, and The Headhunters. A master collaborator; Stevens also recorded with fellow virtuoso Stanley Jordan, and the legendary James Brown. This tribute concert; will not only celebrate his life, but it also showcase the diverse range of music he created and championed, from his iconic "Funk n Heavy Mental" sound, to the profound musical impact he left on artists around the globe.
