Just 28 years old, Oliphant built his own portfolio of businesses that include landscaping company O&C Property, accounting firm Oliphant Family Solutions LLC and Brightway, The Oliphant Agency, an insurance brokerage. The companies have become a family business. Of the 16 employees across the companies, 10 are family members of Oliphant.
