REV.1 Engineering, a leading developer of complex, minimally invasive medical technologies, has been acquired by ASAHI INTECC and will operate under their Solution Device Division.

MURRIETA, Calif. - Aug. 10, 2021 - PRLog -- While attending MD&M West today, REV.1 Engineering (Murrieta, CA) announced it has been acquired by ASAHI INTECC and will operate under ASAHI's Solution Device Division (Filmecc).

"As a Strategic Supplier of core technologies for leading multi-national medical device companies, we're seeing demand grow for more integrated solutions," said Yoshi Terai, Chief Integration Officer of the new division.  "The addition of REV.1 Engineering to the ASAHI team enhances our capabilities to meet the rapidly evolving needs of our customers."

Founded in 2008, REV.1 Engineering quickly rose to prominence amongst developers of complex, minimally invasive, medical devices.  With a proclivity for developing First of Kind devices, REV.1 established itself as a leader in micro-catheters, catheter delivery systems, structural heart, electrophysiology, neuromodulation, drug/biologicals/device combination products, artificial organs, and various ablation technologies.
