It is fun to have public market CEO’s on the podcast. Today’s is a longtime friend who is also an LP in Social Leverage. Savneet Singh has been focused on fintech disruption for two decades. I am really excited for his current success as CEO of ParTech which a software and hardware company at the center of the restaurant and hospitality business. Their awesome tagline is ‘Food.People. Nothing In Between‘. The company just recently passed $1 billion valuation and all-time high for the stock…and that COVID stock plunge – we talk about that too:

What’s the Panic About:

Savneet Singh is not only a great friend, but he’s also one of the most driven workers I’ve ever met, who offers such an interesting perspective on life, entrepreneurship and business. He is just incredible at what he does. Savneet and I met through our mutual friend, Sonny Singh, and I’ve been a fan of his for a while now. Savneet is the CEO of PARTechnology Corporation, a NYSE publicly traded provider of point of sale software to the retail and hospitality industry. Savneet has accomplished a ton before starting with PARTech. He has invested in everything from real estate to Uber to cryptocurrencies to starting his own venture/studio firm. He is a partner with Ali Hamed, a past guest on Panic, at the VC firm CoVenture. Savneet has incredible vision and insights around the software space, some of which he shares with me on the podcast. In this episode, Savneet and I also discuss his admiration of Warren Buffett, public companies, fintech, PARTech’s origin story, Saas businesses, COVID-19 impact on restaurants, SPACs, gold, ecommerce, bitcoin and more.
