Team that sold Auris Health to J&J for nearly $6B raises $300M in 'blank check' IPO

New York and Menlo Park firm Lux Ventures is working with former leaders of Redwood City-based robotic surgery business Auris Health to help take a health tech company public through a reverse merger. Their "blank check" company is set to start trading on Nasdaq Tuesday after raising $300 million in an IPO.
