Gov. Walker makes $28 million Kimberly-Clark deal to preserve 388 jobs

The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation has agreed to a five-year, $28 million tax incentive deal with Kimberly-Clark, the Dallas-based maker of Huggies diapers and Kleenex tissue, which will maintain 388 technical manufacturing jobs at the company's Cold Spring facility.
