C.H. Robinson Announces 9 Percent Increase to Quarterly Cash Dividend

C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. (“C.H. Robinson”) (Nasdaq: CHRW) announced that its Board of Directors today declared an increase to its regular quarterly cash dividend to 50 cents ($0.50) per share from 46 cents ($0.46) per share, payable on December 31, 2018, to shareholders of record on December 17, 2018.

C.H. Robinson has distributed regular dividends for more than twenty-five years. As of December 6, 2018, there were approximately 137,546,260 shares outstanding.
