China reportedly softens stance on soybeans, but is it too late for farmers?

Chinese officials are beginning preparations to restart purchases of U.S. soybeans, evidence of the still-pretty-vague trade "truce" between the countries. But Cargill, one of the world's biggest commodity traders, says U.S. farmers may have already missed their chance to sell much this season.
