TurboTenant, a groundbreaking software platform that offers online rental services to both landlords and tenants, has announced the appointment of Andrew Evans to the TurboTenant Team as COO and CFO.

Evans, a landlord himself, is eager both to join the TurboTenant team and to start using the TurboTenant offerings. "There are over 16 million small landlords in the US who have been historically underserved by technology. TurboTenant's platform simplifies how our landlords find great tenants. The company's rapid growth in this space combined with a great team and investors is what attracted me to the TurboTenant opportunity," notes Evans.

Evans, who received his B.S. in chemical engineering from Birmingham University and is an inactive certified public accountant, has more than 20 years of experience in the high-tech sector. This experience includes growing companies, managing their finances, and handling legal, human resources, and administrative functions as well as operations, sales management, and project strategy. In the past, he has raised more than $200 million in equity for companies at various stages of development. 

Evans brings a wide range of skills to the TurboTenant table, including strategic thinking, translating corporate goals into credible business plans, broad financial background, working across departments to achieve corporate goals, mergers and acquisitions, and fundraising. TurboTenant is eager to welcome him to the company team.
