In an ongoing effort to provide the training and tools needed to boost franchise revenue and growth, Steamatic, Inc., has expanded its franchise support department with trained and certified support managers tasked with giving franchisees one-on-one support. This added support allows franchisees to receive in-person training and help through field visits from Steamatic, Inc.’s support managers. “With the addition of more support managers we are able to focus more attention on each franchise and help with their specific needs,” Max Ramirez, Franchise Support Manager.

Providing individualized assistance to each franchise ensures that franchises are equipped with the necessary tools to accomplish each job they receive. Our support managers visit for two to three days with the franchise and assist with anything from scheduling jobs, filling out the correct authorization forms and paperwork, to in-the-field training on product and equipment use. This support not only helps the franchise owner but helps give everyone in the office a boost of confidence.
