The Board of Directors of Barnes Group Inc. (NYSE: B) today increased the Company’s quarterly cash dividend fourteen percent to $0.16 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable June 8, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 25, 2018. This increase raises the annual dividend from $0.56 per share to $0.64 per share.
