Before co-founding Gravitas Financial, he was the Co-founder of Ubika Research, an investment research and capital market services firm based in Toronto, Canada. His previous experience includes various management positions in companies such as TAL Global Asset Management and Bank of Montreal.

Vikas has over 22 years of experience in diverse areas of finance, capital markets, investments, entrepreneurship and consulting.
