TLC Commissioner Joshi Announces City-wide Expansion Of NYC TLC Accessible Dispatch Program

A Press Conference will be held at Brooklyn Borough Hall on Wednesday, January 24th, 2018; at 10:00 am to announce the Expansion of the Program
NEW YORK & BROOKLYN, N.Y. - Jan. 22, 2018 - PRLog -- The New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission (NYC TLC) today announced its launch of the City-wide Accessible Dispatch Program. A press conference to announce the expansion will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2018, at Brooklyn Borough Hall.
The NYC TLC Citywide Accessible Dispatch Program gives residents and visitors with disabilities greater access to green and yellow wheelchair accessible taxis. The program offers an expanded service area that will now accommodate not just Manhattan, but pick-ups and drop-offs in all five boroughs. New Yorkers with disabilities can now access the city like never before. Political and city officials along with members of NYC's community of people with disabilities will be in attendance to support the launch of the program.
WHO: NYC TLC Commissioner Meera Joshi and Allan J. Fromberg, Deputy Commissioner for Public Affairs, (MOPD) Commissioner Victor Calise and representatives of Medical Transportation Management.

The program now offers an expanded service area that will accommodate pick-ups and drop-offs in all five boroughs!
