In trading on Tuesday, non-precious metals & non-metallic mining shares were relative leaders, up on the day by about 4%. Leading the group were shares of Polymet Mining (PLM), up about 11.6% and shares of AK Steel Holding (AKS) up about 10.6% on the day.
