DXC Technology Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Report Highlights Progress Across Its Global Operations

DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) today announced the release of its annual corporate responsibility and sustainability report, which details the company’s contributions and commitment to social and environmental progress.

DXC focuses corporate responsibility (CR) and sustainability efforts in five key areas to make a clear difference with its CR and sustainability work worldwide: Responsible Business, Environment, Employees, Community and Clients. DXC reported progress in all five categories in FY 2017.

The world’s leading independent, end-to-end IT services company, DXC Technology was formed in April 2017 by the merger of CSC with the Enterprise Services business of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE).

“Today’s digital technologies have the potential to positively influence environmental impacts and enable greater productivity, produce high-value contributions, and address societal challenges from poverty to climate change,” said Mike Lawrie, DXC chairman, president and CEO. “DXC is well positioned to apply the power of digital transformation to help reshape our world for the better, and we believe it is imperative that we leverage our expertise to bring about this change.”

Highlights from the DXC corporate responsibility and sustainability report (in which all data points refer only to former CSC business operations for fiscal year [FY] 2017 unless specifically referenced as HPE Enterprise Services) include the following:
