C.H. Robinson Worldwide Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. (“C.H. Robinson”) (NASDAQ: CHRW) announced that its Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 45 cents ($0.45) per share, payable on June 30, 2017, to shareholders of record on June 2, 2017.

C.H. Robinson has distributed regular dividends for more than twenty-five years. As of May 11, 2017, there were approximately 140,888,210 shares outstanding.
