First Annual "One Gift For America Wednesday" Takes Place November 30, 2016
Nov. 16, 2016 - PRLog -- Beginning on November 30, 2016, the Wednesday after Thanksgiving will be celebrated as "One Gift for America Wednesday." All Americans are encouraged to use this day as an opportunity to buy at least one of their holiday gifts from an American manufacturer.
Support for this holiday will aid American businesses large and small. It will also bring shoppers in contact with unique, high-quality products that they might never see in their traditional shopping locations.
The holiday was established by The Americanologists, a website that highlights Made-in-America merchandise, interviews American makers and visits American factories. For two years, The Americanologists site has been promoting the slogan, "One Gift for America" during the holiday season. The establishment of "One Gift for America Wednesday" is new for 2016.
The Americanologists website was established in 2014 and is a labor of love for a husband and wife team from New Jersey.
