LONDON -(Dow Jones)- The Capita Group Plc (CPI.LN), a provider of business process outsourcing solutions announced Wednesday that it has been appointed as preferred supplier by the Department for Education, after a competitive tender process, to administer the Teachers' Pension Scheme or TPS.
