Earnings To Watch: DoubleVerify (DV) Reports Q3 Results Tomorrow

Digital ad verification company DoubleVerify (NYSE: DV) will be announcing earnings results this Friday before market open. Here’s what investors should know.

DoubleVerify beat analysts’ revenue expectations by 4.5% last quarter, reporting revenues of $189 million, up 21.3% year on year. It was a very strong quarter for the company, with a solid beat of analysts’ EBITDA estimates and an impressive beat of analysts’ revenue estimates.

This quarter, analysts are expecting DoubleVerify’s revenue to grow 12.2% year on year to $190.2 million, slowing from the 17.8% increase it recorded in the same quarter last year. Adjusted earnings are expected to come in at $0.27 per share.

AppLovin delivered year-on-year revenue growth of 17.3%, beating analysts’ expectations by 4.5%, and Integral Ad Science reported revenues up 15.6%, topping estimates by 3.4%. Integral Ad Science’s stock price was unchanged following the results.
