When Brad Braun and Greg Kruzel founded the firm in 1999, they planned to establish a “boutique” estate planning firm that provided individualized, one-on-one legal advice tailored to the diverse needs of each client. Dennis Siler joined them in 2004 and the firm became known as Braun Siler Kruzel. With a collective vision in mind, they created a legal environment where, for over two decades, clients and their trusted advisors work together to address a wide range of legal needs, including estate planning, business transactions, real estate, tax planning, and estate administration. In recent years, the firm has embraced change and growth. They moved into the Scottsdale Perimeter Center after eighteen years at their Kierland Commons office, and they adopted the name Braun Cathie Kruzel (“BCK”) to recognize Kelley Cathie’s tremendous dedication to clients and the firm.
