Located near the intersection of Route 7 and Route 340, the site provides critical access to the Winchester inland port and the broader Washington D.C. metro area. The property’s flexible industrial zoning and large lot size also allow for future expansion or outdoor storage, satisfying a critical need for industrial operators.
