The latest installment of NeuroDynamic Institute’s Breathwork Facilitator Training Program is suitable for individuals of any background. The course will focus on teaching participants the skills necessary to facilitate breathwork workshops. Students will learn about NeuroDynamic Breathwork, a modality that is unique in its non-directive and science-based approach.

Topics covered in the curriculum include the fundamentals of breathwork, which encompass a brief history of the practice and the science behind it. Students will be educated on specific medical contraindications, tetany, and experiences that individuals may encounter while training, among other core facilitator skills. Various modules also devote time to teaching participants how to conceptualize, plan, and advertise their workshops, screen potential practitioners, and establish ground rules and expectations, and students will be given the chance to gain hands-on experience through six online and two in-person practicum sessions.

A third of the program will consist of an intensive personal development section, offering participants the opportunity to achieve a deeper understanding of the brain, thought processes, and the interplay between emotions and logic. Also featured in the course is a special seminar on InnerEthics by guest speaker Kylea Taylor, which will introduce key areas of self-awareness that NeuroDynamic Institute believes are essential for creating an appropriate space for breathwork. Bonus content, such as pre-workshop checklists, special webinars, guidance on using audio mixing software, and more, will be available to all participants as well.
