FORT MYERS, Fla., Nov. 04, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Interop Technologies, a global leader in advanced mobile messaging technology, has won the CX Catalyst award for Growth at The Fast Mode Awards 2026. The recognition, within the Telecoms Solution Provider category, honors its RCS Enablement Services Suite.

The suite combines technology, technical expertise and managed operational support to help mobile network operators launch and manage Rich Communication Services (RCS). It brings together RCS onboarding and device certification, RCS Business Messaging (RBM) management, RCS Campaign Tools and optional RBM-IQ™ intelligence.

RCS provides the foundation for RBM, which enables businesses to engage customers through branded, interactive conversations in their native messaging app. Bringing these services to market also requires integration, campaign approval workflows, billing and reconciliation technology, and ongoing ecosystem coordination. Interop helps operators address these requirements while retaining oversight of their messaging business.

“Operators play a critical role in making business messaging a trusted channel for customer engagement,” said Steve Zitnik, executive vice president and chief technology officer at Interop Technologies. “Our goal is to make participation practical for them, with the expertise to navigate a complex ecosystem and the oversight to manage and scale their messaging business. This recognition reflects the importance of delivering the enhanced customer experience through RCS.”

Interop’s managed RBM services coordinate campaign onboarding, vetting, traffic reconciliation and settlement. RCS Campaign Tools help operators and their business customers create and manage branded, interactive campaigns for uses such as billing reminders, service updates and customer care. Together, these capabilities help operators support business messaging partners while maintaining control of their messaging environment.

Interop has completed RCS and RBM onboarding for multiple U.S. operators, with additional deployments underway, expanding operator participation in advanced messaging and its associated revenue opportunities.

The recognition follows Interop’s Rising Star award for Innovation at The Fast Mode Awards 2025, reflecting continued recognition of the company’s contributions to the RCS ecosystem.
